Once your site is up and working and it is drawing customers, you will begin the Maintanance phase. Maintenance is the work done after the web site is complete that keeps your site working correctly and looking great, and keeps the content fresh. Maintenance should be done monthly or quarterly and would include such items as:

		Link Checks
		Search Engine Status on a representative 7 or 8 search engines
		Resubmission to search engines as needed (see below)
		Code changes for you as needed/requested
		Running Web Statistics to see how many times people have come to your site and what they've done there (if your web host provides them)
		Maintenance Report via email
		Any changes or additions Breed and Co. would like during this time period.
		Monthly/quarterly items such as your newsletter under maintenance.
