In an effort to make reading the Wednesday folder easier for those parents who have convenient access to the internet, Harvey Milk Civil Rights Academy (HMCRA) presents our Newsletter Services! At the same time we should be able to save the school a bit of money, do a little of our part to help the environment, and make life easier for the volunteers who write and distribute the eFolder and Newsletter!

At this site you will be able to: Sign-up online - For all interested parties! Read your eFolder - You will get an email each Wednesday with the link to the week's eFolder. You will also get the blue Wednesday folder, as usual, to remind you to check your email and for signing. However, the only things that it will have in it will be those things that we can not send via email, usually printed material from the school district. Request Changes - If you change your email address or phone number, you can go to the Request Changes page and ask to have your information changed! Administratively, your school will be able to: Accept input - Wednesday Folder Staff and Volunteers can submit their artwork and text from home or any convenient location. Allow administration to review the material - The Wednesday Folder Editors can make final inputs or changes from the site after receiving all the materials. Handle administrative Details - The Wednesday Folder Staff and Volunteers can take care of the administration needed for the smooth running of the newsletter such as updating email addresses or correcting name spellings.
